Die-cutting and creasing machine is a special equipment for die-cutting of high-end color boxes and color boxes, developed by our company combining the superior performance of similar products at home and abroad. This machine uses high-strength paper grippers. The advanced opening gripper mechanism can adapt to various types of cardboard and corrugated paper; the front and rear positioning and side positioning mechanisms ensure the accuracy of die-cutting paper. Equipped with high-precision intermittent mechanism; rapid-action pneumatic clutch and pneumatic lock plate. Using programmable controller and man-machine interface, digital display of the machine's working speed, number of processed sheets, and total running time; the machine's fault display makes troubleshooting operations very convenient. The inverter is used to control the main motor, stepless speed regulation, and stable operation. The machine is equipped with sensors and safety devices in many places to ensure the normal operation of the machine and personal safety. Manual turning is convenient and labor-saving.

The die-cutting action adopts a worm gear pair and a specially designed crankshaft connecting rod mechanism, which has the characteristics of low noise, high pressure, high precision and long mechanical life. The worm wheel, worm and crankshaft are all processed by CNC grinding. The main body, upper and lower die-cutting platforms are all made of high-grade ductile iron materials and treated with aging. It has the characteristics of wear resistance, large mechanical flat pressure, and low deformation coefficient. The main drive lubrication adopts oil-immersed and imported high-pressure gear pump uninterrupted lubrication. The oil circuit is equipped with an organic oil filtering and cleaning device and an abnormal oil pressure protection device to ensure that the inside of the machine is always new after several years. The clutch adopts a large-torque pneumatic clutch, which has a fast response speed and a large torque, and the actions such as start, emergency stop, and inching are accurate, and it is maintenance-free and has a long life.

The die-cutting plate adopts four-claw nut fastening type installation to ensure that the large-format die-cutting plate is always flat, and is equipped with a pneumatic plate locking device, which effectively reduces the preparation time for plate change. The steel plate adopts quenched manganese alloy steel material, which has an extremely long life. The steel plate pneumatic suspension device can be easily loaded and unloaded. The die-cutting pressure is adjusted by four points, which can be adjusted easily by turning the handle, or can be adjusted individually. With 350 tons of pressure, cardboard, corrugated paper or thick board paper can be easily die-cut. Unusual automatic control of loose plates, paper falling, etc. realizes humanized automation of mechanical operation.
