Feeder feeding unit
The improved paper feeding device makes the adjustment of the paper feeding easier and faster. The paper feeding head with four suction and four feeds with 8 suction nozzles has strong suction force and stable paper feeding function. The suction nozzle can adjust the angle and suction air volume according to the deformation of the paper to realize the smooth conversion between thin paper and thick paper.

Die cutting unit
The die-cutting pressure is adjusted by four points, which can be adjusted easily by turning the handle. With 300 tons of pressure, cardboard, corrugated paper and thick board paper can be easily die-cut. Unusual automatic control of loose plates, paper falling, etc. realizes humanized automation of mechanical operation. Turbine crank toggle type high-precision flat die-cutting table. Fixed high-precision flat die cutting upper worktable. The plate frame is made of 5 mm thick 65 manganese steel plate, the blade is not easy to deform, and the die cutting is more stable.
